The DOORS® accounting system supports multiple companies, where each can have an unlimited number of different sales and bought ledgers, for E-Commerce, trade, or mail order.

Accounting Periods can have variable start/finish dates, with all ledgers and order planes able to work in different periods. Period ends are instantaneous and journals can be manually or automatically posted to any accounting period, at any time.

DOORS® offers cost centre accounting, with shared nominal codes and groupings for infinite account dimensioning.

Payments can be entered directly to the ledgers, or to the individual orders. International credit and debit cards, post-dated cheques, cash, postal orders, standing orders, direct debits, vouchers, incentive points and gift certificates can be used.
